Fee Arrangements

Based on the needs assessment established at the initial meeting, the scope of the engagement will be customized to fit each individual situation. CFO Plus has the flexibility to structure an engagement with some combination of monthly retainers, and fees based on an hourly, project, or event basis. Again, our objective is provide our clients with the benefits of having a CFO on staff - without the associated costs and overheads of a full time financial executive.

For each assignment, CFO Plus will provide a written engagement letter outlining the scope of the work and the cost. The engagement will be modified, as needed, to reflect changes in the scope of services to be performed.
