About CFO Plus

CFO Plus, LLC was formed by merging the consulting practice of Theodore Hofmann and the professional services firm of Mentor Business Applications in the 2nd quarter of 2001. In 1997, Mentor Business Applications was formed by John Morre and Linda Panichelli to provide performance measurement services for closely held businesses.

CFO Plus was formed to provide the services of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an "as needed" basis to young emerging businesses. Both companies shared the vision that each set of services holds equal importance for the small and emerging business owner/entrepreneur alike.

CFO Plus, LLC has a broader focus in the services it offers. It delivers a full spectrum of CFO services to business clients, and focuses on helping its clients grow and prosper through its CFO As You Grow program of strategic performance measurements.

With offices in Northern California (Marin County), CFO Plus is well-positioned to serve businesses in San Francisco and the North Bay area.
