Our Introductory Plan

Pick one of the service offerings below that best suits your need for an introductory fixed price.

A wellness critique of your business centering on the 4 primary areas of your business - finance, operations, sales & marketing and human resources. You will provide specific insights to your company by completing a business wellness questionnaire. The results from the questionnaire will be analyzed and accompanied by a telephone or in-person consultation to discuss the results of the questionnaire and possible strategies.
Price: $400.
A complete analysis of your financial statements using 8 to 10 key financial ratios and benchmarked to your historic financials, along with a comparison to your industry. This written analysis will be accompanied by a telephone or in-person consultation to discuss the results of the analysis.
Price: $500.
A thorough review of your existing management and financial reporting system including the budgeting and forecasting processes. The review will be accompanied by a follow-up consultation on specific ways to improve the quality of information derived from the system plus a recommendation on other key indicators that are not currently monitored or measured.
Price: $750.
A complete financial check up: We'll take the pulse of your business by analyzing your business operations, starting with your financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows) and ending with a review of your operating budget and cash flows. See how you're tracking against your plan and find ways to improve or streamline the process.

Our Monthly Plan

This Plan is designed for business owners who need an oversight review of the company's business and financial activities. This review could conceivably cover a wide range of areas depending on your particular situation or needs. Examples of some of the more common areas are; a review of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows), a review of accounting transactions or methods, budgeting or forecasting processes, business systems, business issues and strategies, a risk management review. This Plan is ideal for using it as your monthly consultation with your part-time CFO. The time can be utilized in a discretionary manner to cover a multitude of possible business concerns and issues within our core competencies. This Plan provides anywhere between 4 and 8 hours of consultation (depending on the size and complexity of the business) with a senior financial management consultant and can be used in any time increment during a 30 day period.
Price: $750 to $1,500 per month (cancel any time after the first month)

Our Quarterly Plan

This Plan is designed for clients who need a more comprehensive quarterly review of financials, accounting transactions and/or methods, budgeting and forecasting processes, business systems, analyzing particular business issues and strategies. This Plan is ideal for starting those much needed (and often postponed) projects, such as analysis of financial performance, break-even and ratio analysis, trend analysis, preparation of annual budget or sales and gross profit forecasts, developing improvements to the existing management and financial reporting system, begin implementing performance measurements techniques as a way to manage the business. This Plan provides between 7 and 14 hours of consultation (depending on the size and complexity of the business) with a senior financial management consultant and can be used in any time increment during a 90 day period.
Price: $1,250 to $2,500 per quarter (cancel any time after the first quarter)
